At Velvet Noor Atelier, we carefully prepare and package every order before it is dispatched.

Processing Times

Orders are generally processed and dispatched within 3 to 5 business days after payment has been successfully received.

During product launches, promotional periods, public holidays or periods of high order volume, processing may take slightly longer.

If there is an unexpected delay with your order, we will do our best to keep you informed.

New Zealand Delivery

We currently ship within New Zealand.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive tracking information where tracking is available.

Delivery timeframes are estimates and may vary depending on the destination, courier service, public holidays and other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Remote & Island Deliveries
We ship throughout New Zealand. Please note that additional courier charges may apply to certain rural and island destinations, including Waiheke Island, Great Barrier Island and Stewart Island. If your delivery address incurs an additional surcharge, we will contact you before your order is dispatched.

Delivery Address

Please ensure your delivery address is correct when placing your order.

Velvet Noor Atelier is not responsible for delays caused by an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.

If you realise that you have entered an incorrect address, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to assist, but we cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after an order has been dispatched.

Lost or Delayed Orders

If your order has not arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact us so that we can investigate the delivery with the courier.

If Velvet Noor Atelier has arranged the delivery, we will work with the courier to resolve delivery issues.

Customers should contact us rather than the courier directly regarding missing or significantly delayed orders.

Damaged Deliveries

If your parcel arrives visibly damaged, please take photographs of the packaging and product and contact us as soon as possible.

Please do not dispose of the packaging or product until we have assessed the issue.

Where a delivery or product problem is covered by your rights under New Zealand consumer law, Velvet Noor Atelier will provide the applicable remedy.

Shipping Costs

Applicable shipping charges will be displayed at checkout before payment is completed.

Any free-shipping promotions will be subject to the conditions stated at the time of the promotion. Free shipping does not apply to rural addresses.

International Shipping

At this time, Velvet Noor Atelier ships within New Zealand only.

International shipping may be introduced in the future.

Consumer Rights

Nothing in this Shipping Policy limits or excludes any rights you may have under New Zealand law, including the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993.

Where Velvet Noor Atelier arranges delivery, products must be delivered within the agreed timeframe or, where no timeframe has been agreed, within a reasonable timeframe.
